2-3-2 code (too rich at idle) without CEL

translation: my car is getting a 2-3-2 code and idling roughly. no other codes came up, and the CEL did not come on. It did come on when I pulled my AMM cable and then started the car.
I'm thinking that due to issues right after replacing my O2 sensor some years ago, I've managed to kill this one. Other things I'm considering are leaking injectors or a fuel pressure regulator that's way past it's expected life.

Any thoughts on why there is no light? Clearing the codes makes it run differently. Just recently I found out that since I've been ignoring the burning oil and awful idle (had some disintegrating 6-month old bosch plug wires) and being a bad brickster, I didn't notice that my oil breather box hose was disconnected at the box and spitting oil onto my bell housing and causing a big fat intake leak. I assume this made it run rich, and I believe that it being way out of mixture for a long time might have killed the O2 sensor.

Any ideas would be helpful, thanks.
