No pressure in my upper/lower hoses/normal temps, possibly waterpump? 200

Greetings:

My 240 is running at normal temps at a low-mid needle level. However, I have no pressure in the system. The hoses indicate circulation, but there seems to be np preesure in the hoses. Just under the waterpump nearing the bottom, it appears that I have a very tiny leak! Although it does not seem to be the pump, might it be leaking from the very very bottom? I have a new one in my garage (Hepu version). The car runs ok, but the leak seems small from the bottom. The water pump shouldn't involve any timing belt removal? It looks straight forward. What say you? I am typing on the go, so please excuse and vague and or unclear wording. Thanks! 89 240/244 A.T. non turbo 154,000 plus original miles.
