belly pan 200 1989

Hi all,

The belly pan finally fell off here in Toronto. I knew it was going to fail soon. Thing is- I'm super busy these days and I'd like to not have to deal with it for a bit. How important is it? I've heard that it helps to keep the engine a bit cooler since it forces air over it (It's pretty cold here anyway). And obviously it does protect it too, so would others consider it unwise to drive around without it at all?

Also, anyone in or near Toronto have a good one? I could repair my cracked one, but if someone has a good one handy for cheaps? Any of those aluminum ones anybody nearby want to sell? Buying that ipd aluminum one from the states sounded expensive if not just for the shipping..

Thanks!

Yaleh.
