Bulb failure idiot light comes on intermittantly- light seemed good when I checked them??? 900

I pulled up to a business today with a glass front, it was closed because of Sunday, and I checked my lights in the reflection, all of them seemed goodwith lights on/off with brake applied and not applied.

there is a slight crack in the brake light housing on the passenger side, could moisture be causing it?

could it be the dash light? what could I check?
