Blind Nut Madness 140-160

In the process of periodic replacement of all rear suspension rod ends (Heim joints) on the 142 ITB race car, I've spun the stock captive nut inside the unibody, on the forward end of the LH support rod. I assume we're stuck with cutting open the frame element (from underneath the car) to gain access to the nut. But just in case, anybody know any neat tricks here? The bolt backed out about 1 turn before the nut spun.
