First suspect would be the overdrive relay located to the left of the glove box opening (accessed after removing the glove box).

Even though it is a 240 the trouble shooting is more or less the same as the 700/900 series which is in the FAQ's. The FAQ's are in the drop down menu in the extreme upper right hand corner of this page.
