Tires: putting 195's on instead of OEM 185's 200 1989

I have a great Calculations website and in fact the 195's will bring my Speedometer to almost perfect at 55MPH. The slightly higher ratio will help the RPMs go down a bit for some long haul gas savings. They will obviously fit in the wheel wells as the car sits still but is there any issues with tires rubbing when fully turned to one side or the other and hitting bumps?
