Poor braking ... really need help 900

Hi guys,

The problem on my 94 940 is I have to step up on the brake and really push hard on the pedal.The fluid have been changed, the hoses, the pads, check vaccum, bleed the brakes??? can I fit a 740 system with double pistons calipers on my 940 or I can do something to have to brake with more ease without having to almost push with my 2 feet on the pedal.
