MPG improvements with DIY chin spoiler and deck spoiler-- anyone? 200 1989

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience in fabricating a chin spoiler to help improve gase mileage? I know I can lower the car to reduce airflow underneath the car, but I would like to try to block some of the air going under the car with a spoiler that extends past the factory spoiler.

Also, has anyone had any experience with a small duck tail-type spoiler for the rear decklid to try to improve upon gas mileage?

Thanks!
