Charlie - do you use up a lot of 3rd gear synchro's? If not, what oil are you using? I've tried a little bit of everything and I still keep using up synchro's. Admittedly, I have never had a completely rebuilt box to start with, so I may not really have a problem. Hallet does require several shifts into and out of 3rd each lap, but I do not slam upshifts and I always double clutch on downshifts.
