Rebuilt Idle Air Control valve; or used? 200 1989

I am trying to take care of the dodgy idle on my 89 240. I am almost 100% positive that it is the idle air control valve. My idle dips as I approach a light, and then picks back up and idles perfectly. Cleaning and lubing the idle air control valve helps for a couple of days, but then it goes right back to the way it usually runs. I noticed that FCPgroton has rebuilt IAC valves from Python for substantially less than a new valve. Does anyone have any experience with these? I would rather pick up a good used valve if I can. There are no salvage yards in my area that have any older Volvos to pick parts from; I know this from calling around yesterday.

Thanks!
