replacing the transmisison mount on a '81 245 w/ M46 transmission 200

I have been experiencing problems with harsh shifting over a period of time, though the transmission fluid is new, so I was advised to have a look at the transmission mount. True to form, it is quite mushy. Can someone advise me how best to go about replacing it? I have a new one coming in today from IPD, so hopefully there will be time this afternoon, or tomorrow, to replace it. Thank you, one and all, and I hope that everyone has a most splendid Wednesday :)
