What to do....what to do 120-130

I have my head off my engine, getting some work done, but I was looking at my cam bearings and they have quite a bit of wear and it looks like they are peeling. I know that I need to get some new bearings in there, which means I need to take the engine out to have a shop do it.

So while it is out, should I put in new pistons and overbore it? New rods as well? Where can I pick up new pistons for a decent price? I think that most people use pistons out of a B23FT? correct me if I am wrong....please!!!

Thanks for the opinions and advice.
