Compression test results, blown gasket? 900

Dry compression test was done on a 1991, 940 Turbo, 173k miles.

Reading from the distributor forward, results in PSI were 150-140-125-130

Now is it possible that i have a blown gasket between cylinders 3 and 4? The car leaks a nominal ammount of oil, but i loose about a quart every 600 miles.
