Relay in front of Coolant Reservoir 700 1992

Hanging behind battery, in front of coolant reservoir, looks like it is broken from its bracket. A Black-rectangular-cased relay with a grey, 4-conductor connector. It looked grungy, and when I tried to unplug it, the cover came off the relay.
It appears to have gotten water in it. The PC board inside is corroded. I sprayed it with contact cleaner, and it operates properly when 12V is applied to the coil.
I'm concerned about the corrosion, though. What is it? Where can I find a replacement?
