Water Pump Loose - Twice 200 1983

The water pump bolts on my dauther's 83 with B23F engine came loose while she was at college. The anti-freeze leaked out and the alternator belts & AC belt were destroyed. The water pump had 35,000 miles on it. Mechanic replaced it and the belts. The new pump has 750 miles on it and the bolts are just starting to come loose again. Any ideas on the casue of the bolts coming loose would be appreciated. I'm guessing worn out fan clutch is casuing vibration that loosens bolts. jp
