760 Left front fender removal can't see two bolts

I need to swap out the left front fender on my sons 1990 760 Wagon. Small accident dent. I can see all of the bolts except the two behind the "bumper extension". I don't see how to get at these. Do I need to remove the bumper? It all looks like one unit. Do I pry off the plastic? I looked at 700 FAQs but there was not enough detail for me to know what to do. Help.....
