Transmission problems '89 780 turbo 700 1989

After a major transmission oil leak (fixed) the transmission acts weird. In the morning the car wont go in 3th gear and revs high when hitting the throttle, just for a couple of miles and then it will shift right again. I can shorten the time it wont go in the right gear by driving in second for a short while and then shift back in drive.
