front suspension torque? S90-V90

It turns out the bolt is not missing it has broken off! I tried to install it the other days and discovered it wouldn't go into the hole, so today I pulled off the A-arm and discovered the bolt is broken off below the cone shaped pin that goes into the A-arm bushing. I was going to start to drill it out but realised that the cross brace would be better off removed and out of my way. I put it back together for now and will attempt it again when the weather is better and I put the front end up on jack stands as I want the front end up so no weight is on the other A-arm as the bolts will be out, at least the rear. So before I go ahead with this project (probably on the weekend so I have enough time) I am open to any suggestions from anyone who has tried this. I have shocks and struts to do as well so I figure I might as well do them if I have enough time.
