Cigarette socket to Powerpoint 900

Hi! I would like to turn my cigarette socket into a powerpoint, which means that it could still supply 12V with the ignition OFF. I need this so that I can leave my cellphone charging. Since the socket is very close to the relay panel, it doesn't seem like a tough job. I have never tampered with the relay panel, but the FAQs make it seem like an easy task... How can I do this? Has anyone done it before that could provide a procedure? Are there any implications or warnings I should be aware of?
