Cigarette socket to Powerpoint 900

Mr.Wizzard,

You can certainly move the power wire to a fuse that is hot all the time. The trick is to identify the correct wire.

You will most likely need to wade through a lot of drawings to get to the drawing you need. I found it in the book for the '94 940 on page 96. But you didn't mention what year your car is so I hesitate to say that the wire is orange and comes from F14. ;-)
