wireing heated seats 200

Hi All, I have an 85 240ti and replaced all of the interior from an 93.My question is I want to use the heated switches and wiring from the E break console. So when I run wire to the fuse block should I use the #10 block that said for pass seat and window lift (16A) just for pass seat and the #12 block for the orignal drivers seat (8A)? why is one seat 16A with only two devises on that block and the other an 8A with 6 devises on that block??? Wouldn't it be betterto have both on a 16A fuse? Isn't there a spare block I can do this to? Im also going to have some interior parts for sale that I will list on the For Sale Forum soon. Thanks Charlie
