Water Leak Passenger Front 900

Hi all,

I have read many past posts and the FAQs regarding water leaks. My 97 960 wagon has been leaking in the front passenger side.. looks like the leak is coming from the door side of the floor area more towards the front. From what I have read, the source of the water is probably from 3 sources:

1. Front fresh air cowl
2. Sunroof drains
3. Air conditioner condsensor drain.

I have tried to clear the drains in the fresh air cowl piece. I found that there are 2 drains in this piece at the far outside (towards the fenders) of the cowl. I poked a hanger down both sides and they seem to be clear.

I have not been able to locate the supposed sunroof drain holes to see if they are clear. I was hoping someone could provide me with specific information to help me find these drains. Also, any prefered method of cleaning them would be greatly appreciated.

I have not located the AC drain tube either...but the car only seems to leak in the rain and snow.

If I can find the sunroof holes I can try to clear them and then take a hose to the roof/ and or front cowl to see if that is the culprit.

If anyone has found any other source of water leak on this car, I'd appreciate any info. My windshield has not been replaced.

Thanks all
