Dumb bushing question! 120-130

Well I recieved the poly bushing packet from IPD. woohoo!

Yesterday I jacked up the ol' 122 and got all my tools out and prepared to put on my nice new red bushings. Thats when it hit me. I have no idea what I am doing! I have no idea where the new bushings go.
I have the 8-bushing front suspension kit from IPD + 4 "control arm" metal bushings.
I got out the haynes manual. and it told me how to get the front suspension apart, but not where the bushings go.

Sooooooo. anybody able to help me out? maybe with a little "Idoits guide to bushings" type help. Pics?
