The Death of FCP, Groton, Ct

Since the recent changes at FCP have taken place, I prefer DOING BUSINESS with the old reliable FCP. The prices have jumped for the Volvo OEM brake pads. I can now get them just as cheap from our local Volvo dealers with a 20% discount. I see there is no longer a convenient receipt in the box of parts, but it is now being emailed and I tend to lose delete, misplacce, dont save, etc., etc., emails too easily. The site information is no longer accurate. It is telling me I have ABS for a vehicle I do not have ABS on, when I attempt to look up rotor info. And on and on, To me FCP is headed on a downward spiral.
