distributor/all timed correct/got spark @ plugs/ still NO START 200

This is a continued from the distributor replacement/spliced in connector thread.

After realizing today that I never got the engine to TDC when I first attempted to fit the distributor. Today I started over the right way and got it to TDC. I also discoverd a new IPD blue cam gear on a car I've been project-ing the past two years. I found TDC by looking at the top of piston #1 through the spark plug hole, looked to see if Cam and crank lines up, everything looked good. (I checked the timing before taking the old distributor out and the crank pully lined up at 0.)

I placed the distributor in the hole some 30 degrees towards the back and it fit in nicely with the rotor facing at 10:30 from the drivers side tire. I placed the cap on and off to see how it lined up with the rotor and adjusted it to match up. I took all the plugs out and wiped them clean from fuel due to prior start attempts. I also regapped the plugs. Before all this I swapped in and out a good ECU, soldered the splices that I crimped together before and have tested and found the splices good. I found spark at sparkplug #1 while grounding it to the body. Not sure why it won't start at this point. I've got fuel and spark. Timing is correct? I wouldn't think it possible to have the piston visable throught the sparkplug port and not be at TDC? Can't figure. Could a oil change help any if I've been cranking it too much? Thanks for any help.
