Slohio,

I ordered struts from them once. One was missing the strutnut and the self locking nut. I called and they sent me a replacement. This one had the self locking nut but was still missing the gland nut. They sent me a third and finally got it right. I was pretty furious. I won't even get into the explanation the phone guy gave me, it would make you boil...This was a two week process.

I'm not saying they're perfect, thats for sure.
