1991 240 door locks unlock themselves 200

Hello,
When I lock the doors using the key on the driver's door
all the doors lock, then sometimes the other three doors
unlock themselves. Sometimes they unlock immediatly and
othertimes they unlock themselves within a few seconds,
othertimes they stay locked.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
