I've dealt with FCP for years now.

The new website is up and coming. It's world-pacy but you can tell the organization and explanations are not right out of the world-pac sites.

Nick has always been great to me with excellent service, one a free upgrade of parts, and quick to respond to changes or mistakes.

I'm really hesitant to listen to the ranting of an unregistered and unknown user name here on the board. "Volvo Parts Consumer" if you have a complaint, grow some balls and use your name, and take it up with Nick himself rather than berating him through the forums. For all we know, you may be trying to push his business away for your own personal gain.
