240 E-Code Headlight Upgrade ---- DJ Auto

Hi fellow Volvo fans

I have a 1989 240 Wagon, my pride and joy actually just getting broken in with about 200,000 miles. Anyway about 18 months ago I purchased a set of the DJ Auto E-code euro-style headlights, the installation went fairly well and the improvement in the lighting was incredible.

But alas all is not well, the internal reflectors are connected to the housing with via a ball and socket arrangement, so that the adjusting screws can rotate while moving the reflector for alignment.

Unfortunately, the plastic socket connectors on the reflector that attach to the ball end of the screw have broken from heat and or vibration. So the reflector just sort of floats around in the housing and obviously the headlight beam is not aimed correctly,

I tried contacting DJ Auto with no success,,, anyone have any idea about replacement parts of fixes ??

Thanks
