few problems (if any) 120-130

Both 74 and 75 were 8-bolt but many of the threads are still Unified. AFAIK
(from personal experience using an 8-bolt block with 6-bolt innards)
the metric threads are on the rod cap bolts and the bellhousing attachment
bolts, both of which are M12-1.75 The 6-bolt uses 1/2"-13 UNC bolts for the
maincaps and 7/16"-14 UNC bolts for the bellhousing.
CAUTION! The 7/16"-14 UNC bolts will screw into the M12-1.75 holes just fine
but they are .038" smaller and slightly different (about a tenth of a thread per
inch) in pitch so they will not give the strength you need and WILL strip if
tightened!
The remainder of the threads in the block, headbolt holes and everything else
are UNIFIED threads, NOT METRIC.
