Steering wheel out of position 200 1992

This feels like something I should know but don't (this happens to me often)

Daughter's steering wheel is out of true in this way: When front tires are straight, normal top of the steering wheel is at 11 o'clock (or maybe 11:30) instead of 12.

This is easy to live with unless it's a safety problem.

She says she noticed this after a minor accident with her driver's side front end. She thinks it's become more pronounced but is not sure.

The car drives/turns fine, as far as I can tell. She mentioned an occasional wobble at highway speed, which I haven't checked for yet.

Didn't see in FAQ but could have missed. Is this a simple adjustment of the steering wheel or do you think it's a safety concern that I should have the pros look at? This is sedan with 180k. Thanks as always.
