Bulb failure sensors on 740s 700

I'm wondering if any of the 740s used the same bulb failure sensors as what's in my '95 940 and f so, what year(s) ?

The one in my 940 is a 13 pin, Volvo part number 1362370 made by Hella.
I think I need a replacement sensor but I know I won't find any 940s in the local Pick 'n Pull yard. There should be a few 80s vintage 740s there, however. It could save me a trip across town if I could find out whether or not they used the same bulb failure sensors in the 740s.
