Art B i need advice on air mass meter repair

Art B. looking for your advice on AMM repair.

saw some info earlier (from nov. 16 2004) but could not access pictures. i responded to another post by you but still learning to use this forum. sorry for my clumsy questions:

i have a 002 AMM off an 83 240 DL which runs extremely rich and often won't start or stalls. grounds, air leaks, ignition, ect, and ecm have all been tested and/or replaced. same with fuel/lines/tank. fuel pressure is good.

the voltage on pin 7 of the AMM searches between 1.3 and 1.5.
your earlier post indicated a repair could be made to correct this.
any advice would be appreciated as i am out of $$$.

thank you, and thanks to dogwaggin for getting me this far...
