I'll take your advise. Just bought this about two weeks ago. Drove 1,100 miles to pick it up. Has only 36K mis. but was a one-owner who never drove it hard so that could explain the roughness of the engine, hence carbon build-up. It doesn't knock or ping & has plenty of pep & other wise runs perfectly. Got 26.7 MPG on the trip. BUT the only other thing that concerns me is that the coolant looked more like MUD than coolant when I changed it. Bet they never changed it. In the process of flushing it out with just plain water the pump went after only a few miles.
