Overdrive Light Won't Go Off!

Sorry, I meant to say I just put in a brand new Relay.

And I have tried 3 new 16 amp (red) fuses in 11. Still the overdrive light (arrow) comes on at start-up and does not go off and the rear window demister switch does not light up when activated.

Would a bad relay affect the rear window demister also?
