To sell or not to sell? That is my question. 200 1987

Hi all,

I'm the proud owner of an 87 240 sedan with around 140k kms. I'm looking to replace the timing belt, but also have noticed some weird clunks from the front end. (I'm guessing it's crummy bushings)

Is it worth putting the money into these repairs? I really am liking the looks of a 1st generation V70, air condition and a bit more space for the new dog are catching my eye! Any advice would be appreciated, both in reagrds to the work and price of what the 240 needs and also what I might get for it as is.

Cheers,
Matt
