Are these OEM B20 lifters? 140-160

Hello,

When I did the "C" to "D" cam swap, I also put in some "brand new OEM B18-B20" lifters purchased on Ebay. Despite the presence of proper fuel, spark, and perfectly lined up timing, I can't get the engine to fire up. It turns over via the starter, but will not fire. When I set the valve lash, the rocker arm looked VERY different from the old set-up. I'm thinking the Ebay lifters might be at fault. The original lifters I pulled (and unfortunately threw out) were smooth and shiny and had vertical openings near the base. The Ebay ones were a gritty black and had diagnal openings. The sticker on the Ebay lifer bag was #460-600. My Google research indicates that perhaps these lifters actually belong on MG vehicles? Any info would be appreciated so that I may isolate my starting woes. Here's a link with a picture of the lifters:
