I made a temp repair by connecting the wire that comes up thro the column directly to the top plate of the two rings.....lasted 6 months or so before it fell off....

Eventually sourced the correct bits and pieces from a scrapper...Feeding the wire down thro the hole was a pain...

You need to ensure that you have all of the tiny plastic insulators and c clips that hold the 2 plates together, (the ones that go flying out of the door when you are taking it all apart.........)
