High Idle Problem 200 1986

Ok so I decided to replace my flame trap and breather box. I also cleaned my throttle body since I had it off. By cleaning the throttle body I thought that my car's idle would go down from the 1500rpms that it was running at before I started working. Unfortunately as I drove to work this morning my car started idling at 2000rpms. Is there something that I did wrong? Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
