I will enjoy reading the replies to your post.

You should have at least been allowed to watch over their shoulder as they gazed into their crystal ball or was the diagnosis done with a ouija board??

Incidents like this is how the term "stealers" (dealers) was coined. I am afraid to ask how much they charged you for this unsubstantiated claim.

You will get lots of good advice here concerning what to do, but let me second the motion to never do business there again... and be sure to tell everyone you know what they tried to do.
