Windshield Wiper Motor Swap 444-544

Hi There--
I'm getting ready to pull out the windshield wiper motor. It runs real slow and I assume the linkage is beyond gunked. Only because it runs a tad faster when sitting in the sun for a few hours. Hopefully a good cleaning and lube will restore it from slow motion mode.

Is there anything I should keep in mind, look out for or replace or change out.

I also have a good Amazon 122 wiper motor assembly can I change the motor from one to the other. I guess I will know soon enough, but I like to be prepared.

Also is this the right forum if I want to buy parts?

Thanks for all your help so far.

BTW I never got the inner door handle off the square spindle (previous post)--(you can now shoot a .22 through the hole where the pin was) looks like JB Weld really works.

Almost everything in the car is glued, epoxyed or taped..
