New scanner and new information, but still have the problem and an unanswered question.. 900 1996

I'd like t recommend one more test before you start replacing parts. The B6304 has 2 ignition Power Stages. One is located on the front of the lower intake manifold 'ball'. The second is on the rear of the lower intake manifold 'ball'. Unclip the connectors, remove the 2 screws on each and swap them front to rear and reconnect. See if the misfire moves again.

Also, isn't .025 a little small? And, did you replace the other 4 spark plugs as well so you have all the same plugs in the engine?
