Please look at these Brembo rotors that FCPGroton shipped me. 200 1989

I purchased a set of Volvo pads and Brembo rotors for the front axle of my 240. I only bothered to open one of the rotors for inspection. So today I am changing out my pads/rotors, and I noticed that one of the rotors does NOT have the same surface finish as the other rotor. Since this is my daily driver, I had to finish up with the rotors that I had on hand (my old ones were stuck on, and I hit them off with a ball peen hammer).

The one rotor has the typical vinyl record look to it. The other one looks like it has been stuck on a belt sander and rotated. It has NO ridges like you would expect. They seem to be the same thickness. I did not have a caliper gauge to measure. Should I contact FCP and have them send me a new rotor? What about the Volvo pads that I had to break in on this rotor? Any help would be appreciated. Sorry for the picture quality, I only had my camera phone with me.
