A little trick / AC vaccum pump 200

I read the post down below where an AC vaccum pump was needed . A cheap vaccum pump can be made from an old refridgerator or window unit ac compressor . Solder the proper fitting on the suction side , leave the other side open and you have a vaccum pump . I made one up 20 years ago and used it many times before I gave it away . I could pull 28+ inches of vaccum for an hour or more with no trouble . Hope this will help someone out . Larry
