Horn buttons not working... 700

Hey all, I have a '91 744 and both horn buttons have stopped working. The left one was gone when I bought it 4 years ago, and the right one quit after another year. I can get the horn to sound if I squeeeeeeze the bejesus out of the right one. What is going on here? If anyone has any experiece with this please let me know before I start ripping things apart. Thanks!
