Three brake lights all stop work. How to diagnose 200

Hi, ALl:

This morning, before a red light, a gentlman knocked my window and told me no of three brake lights is on.

The last time I notice the third brake light works good is last week from the back mirror.

I checked the fuse 7, it seems ok. The rear washer brush work good. The emergency light and turn signal light work fine.

I think all of three bulbs are fault is rare(I will check them late.)

I downloaded a electrical 1986 volvo 200 system wiring diagrams and did not find the brake wire stuff.

Car is a 1986 245 with manual trany+OD.

Any thought?

Thanks.
