replace the rear deck? 200

So, during the process of replacing my 6x9 speakers on my rear deck, behind the rear seats, i noticed that the wooden board that the speakers are mounted to had been slightly destroyed. There are chunks missing where the screws would have gone through, making a lot of the screws pretty much useless.

My question is:
how easy would it be to pull a newer one from the pick n pull and replace it? From the looks of it, the seatbelt is mounted through it as well.

Or does anyone have any other ideas of how i can modify the rear so i can securely mount my speakers?
