No turn signal, radio, but gauges and lights work? S90-V90

Yesterday I started the car and with my seatbelt in place I hear one single bell, like when it's warning you to buckle up.

Anyway I start down the road gauges worked fine but the first turn signal I go to give it doesn't work, neither did the radio. I manage to get home and when I arrive my son tells me all exterior lights worked. This is where it gets stranger than fiction, I cut the car off and then back on and it's as though there was nothing wrong.

Is this just some fluke, perhaps a little corrosion on a switch or some such or is something going?
