B280 Oil Breather Box/PCV System? 700 1988

Does the B280 engine have an oil separator/breather box (specifically a 1988 780 V6)? On the valve cover for the right bank of cylinders there is a canister about the size of a small can of soup that’s connected to a hose (engine oil is filled at this location). There appears to be a filter of some type in the canister. Do B280’s have the same engine ventilation concerns as the B230’s? If it does have a PCV system, where is it located and how is it cleaned/replaced?
